The pathway repeats a weekly rhythm that fits into a full life. Not a new routine to maintain. A structure that builds capacity quietly in the background.
Weekly 1:1 of up to 45 minutes to review how your body responded and where stress is carrying over.
Set the focus for the week. Decide where to support recovery and where to ease load.
Approximately 10 minutes per day. Simple exercises chosen specifically for you based on your assessment.
Make what works stick so recovery becomes natural, not effortful, over time.
Between sessions, support is available via text or email to maintain momentum. The pathway is designed to be sustainable from the first week.

The Recovery Room pilot is limited to five participants to preserve the depth and
personalization the pathway requires. Dr. Khaled works with each participant directly
throughout all 12 weeks.
If after completing the pathway and implementing the daily practice you do not
notice a measurable difference in your recovery capacity, Dr. Khaled will continue to work with you for up to an additional 12 weeks.
