Weekly 1:1 of up to 45 minutes to review how your body responded and where stress is carrying over.
Set the focus for the week. Decide where to support recovery and where to ease load.
Approximately 10 minutes per day. Simple exercises chosen specifically for you based on your assessment.
Make what works stick so recovery becomes natural, not effortful, over time.
Between sessions, support is available via text or email to maintain
momentum. The pathway is designed to be sustainable from the
first week.
